Situated 14 miles into Puchong, the Puchong Yong Tau Fu is always packed with patrons. Using only fresh mackerel meat as ingredient, the ingredients are freshly made and never left overnight. The yong ta fu is cooked using a traditional homestyle which has maintained a consistent standard over the years. The soup base uses ikan bilis to give a distinctly sweet flavour.
